  • Is Exercise Physiology funded under the NDIS?

    Yes. Exercise Physiology is commonly funded under Improved Daily Living (Capacity Building) and is used to build the physical capacity that supports daily activities, independence and community participation.

  • Which NDIS plan types does Rise work with?

    Rise works with self-managed and plan-managed participants. Self-managed participants are invoiced directly and claim through the myplace participant portal, while plan-managed participants have invoices sent to their plan manager with no out-of-pocket payment.

  • Where can NDIS sessions take place?

    Sessions can be delivered at home, at Plus Fitness Gladesville or in the community across Ryde, Gladesville, Putney, West Ryde, North Ryde, Macquarie Park and surrounding Inner West suburbs - whichever setting best supports the participant's goals and access needs. No gym membership required.

  • Do you provide reports for plan reviews?

    Yes. Rise provides clear progress notes and reports for plan reviews, support coordinators and plan managers, and works alongside your broader support team, therapists, family and carers.

  • How do support coordinators make a referral?

    Support coordinators can send an enquiry through the contact page or email hello@risehealth.net.au with the participant's goals and plan management type, and Rise will confirm availability and next steps.
